About the Role
The Producer of an event is responsible for dealing with internal and external issues regarding the project in question.
Requirements
GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
Direct contact with client and relatives, attending all meetings, scoutings
Finished meeting minutes for all areas with design proposal, production proposal and important data for the budget
Quotes from external suppliers
Food and beverages. Venues
Photo and video, Makeup and hairdresser, DJ
Choir / orchestra/ Rabbi/ father /
Bathroom kits prints
Follow-up with brides at least once a week
Schedule Flower Test. Rent cutlery and flatware
Coordinate with Design Team the rent and set up of the proposed furniture for the project
Make meeting minutes with everything that was set up and approved by client
Schedule Food Tasting and accompany client
Make notes of everything that was tasted and take photos
Write down the final menu
Prepare special requests with Catering
Extra waiters, bar staff, special dishes, dishes for staff...)
Request a final quote and send client the final number of guests and floorplan
Set up program
Minute by minute
Coordination staff
Respond to customer requests. Have knowledge of floor plans and set up. Total assistance in set up days from along Design Team. Send formats to brides
